Sometimes I want to smack myself. I've been avoiding running because we've been traveling so much. Working from home means your backside will inevitably become the same size as your chair if you don't insert some exercise.
Basically, I'm gaining weight by the millisecond. My excuse lately? I have Papaya with me and can't go running. The area we are in is great for running. I kept saying oh if I could only get to the gym but we are only staying here a month so I figured signing up for a gym would be silly. Um, there is a treadmill in the living room of the house we are staying in. A BIG NICE TREADMILL and our wonderful friend who owns the house reminded me already about it and I still forgot.
